Founder and strategist of Publicon. Former President of the Polish Public Relations Association, currently a Board Member of the Public Relations Agencies Association. He has served as an advisor to the boards of organizations such as ABSL, ARAW, and WKS Śląsk Wrocław. He has been a judge in national and international industry competitions, including the Golden Clips and Bright Awards. Lecturer at the University of Wrocław, SWPS University, Tischner European University in Krakow, and many others. He is interested in new media, particularly e-commerce and social media. A voracious reader. Enthusiast of running and Polish hip-hop.

Szymon Sikorski
He heads the creative department at Publicon, focusing on research, insights, and communication strategy development. He is a lecturer in the Department of Journalism and Social Communication at SWPS University in Wrocław. He undertakes comprehensive projects in the areas of branding, image campaigns, market and consumer research, as well as offline and online advertising creation. He enjoys crafting communication and teaching about it, even in his free time.

She develops long-term communication strategies and handles media relations, primarily for brands in the FMCG sector, real estate industry, and sports & lifestyle. DYSONANSE

On November 13th, 2019, at Art_Inkubator in Łódź, we gathered leading Polish YouTubers, business and media representatives, experts from various fields, as well as
universities, start-ups, entrepreneurs and artists. As Publicon, we had the opportunity to organize a comprehensive event in Łódź, for Łódź and about Łódź. Where did the idea come from? The festival was born primarily out of sentiment for the city with which we have been associated as an agency for years – a city that combines many contrasts. Postindustrial, full of factories, green surroundings, dynamically developing technology industry, business and education. A city which is open to young people and investors from all over the world, and at the same time full of great passion for art, outstanding design and avant-garde. Łódź can attract, but sometimes it also repels, causing conflicting emotions. Dissonance. Steve Jobs taught business to “think differently.” For those who believe in this, we create “Zawartości” – a conference format that brings together people unrelated to our industry. We invite philosophers, psychologists, sociologists, anthropologists, media experts, and many other experts from various fields. They may not always speak the language of the creative industry, but they talk about things directly relevant to us. The best projects often arise at the intersection of different experiences.

We organize “Zawartości” in collaboration with SWPS University in Wrocław. We share a common understanding of the conference’s goal – a return to genuine, in-depth conversation.
