2.1. What is the Privacy Policy? The Privacy Policy is the document you are currently reading. It contains information about the processing of personal data and informs Users about what personal data of the User are collected by the Administrator and how they may be used by the Administrator.

  1. browsing, cataloging, and searching for information offered on the Website by the User;
  2. using the Newsletter;
  3. contacting the Administrator;
  4. redirection to the Administrator’s profiles on other websites and portals e.g., linkedin.com, instagram.com, facebook.com, behance.net, etc.;
  5. using other services available on the Website.

2.7. What is the processing of data?

Data processing is an operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means. 5. Proper use of the Service

The User is obliged to use the Service in accordance with the principles of social coexistence and with respect for the copyrights of the content provided to the User. The User may not provide the Administrator with content of an unlawful nature. In the event of any infringement of copyrights to content provided to the User by the Administrator or publishing content of an unlawful nature, the User is responsible for any damages caused to the Administrator.

6. What cookies does the Website use and what are their purposes?

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  1. Marketing and advertising – for marketing purposes, providing the Newsletter service, or offering other services;

10. What are your rights to your data?

The User can request information on how and for what purpose their personal data is processed. The User can at any time request the delivery of a file containing their exported personal data held by the Administrator, including all data provided by themselves. At any time, the User can also request the Administrator to delete all of their personal data. The Administrator reserves the right to refuse deletion of personal data in justified cases, including situations where Polish or EU law obliges the retention of such data. The User can at any time correct their personal data if it is incorrect or complete it if it is incomplete. This does not apply to the username, which cannot be changed. Administrators reserve the right to review and modify personal data. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if they believe that their personal data is being processed in violation of GDPR or the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.

11. Where do we send data?

The Administrator does not transfer personal data to third parties, although they may have the right to provide personal data to authorized entities only to the extent required by the applicable Polish or EU law or if it results from a separate agreement between the Administrator and the entity whose data is concerned. The above does not apply to the transfer of personal data to the Administrator’s employees and collaborators to the extent necessary to provide services.

In cases where an entity contacts the Administrator via email, the Administrator may process their personal data in the manner and for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy (the Privacy Policy applies accordingly). Furthermore, personal data may be processed for the purposes of: 1) contract performance or agreements concluded with the Administrator; 2) presenting offers; 3) settling accounts between the Parties. 14. Complaint The User has the right to file a complaint regarding technical aspects of the Service’s operation or related to data processing, including User data. The complaint should contain a brief description of the problem and the exact time of its occurrence. Complaints should be sent via email to the address indicated in the Privacy Policy. The Administrator does not consider complaints if they are submitted more than 14 days after the date of discovering the irregularity or do not contain data enabling a proper examination of the complaint, or if they are resubmitted on a matter already considered by the Administrator, or if the content indicates it is a spam message.

15. Legal basis

This privacy policy was created in accordance with: 1) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and 2) the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text of 2018, Journal of Laws, item 1000, as amended).

16. Other tools used for network traffic analysis
